People come first – not tools. I coach with structure, empathy, and practical insight – blending Agile methods, NLP, systemic coaching, and mental clarity work. My goal: real change, not short-term performance pushes; Sustainable development beyond quick fixes.

With my extensive experience in senior management and leadership roles, I have built, trained, and coached both sales and operational teams. I am a certified Agile Coach, NLPler and Life & Career Coach specializing in empowering teams to the next level and in guiding managers through the challenges of leadership from their first people management role to taking the next steps in their career.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of operating in a variety of international environments and living in different countries. This diversity has only deepened my fascination with people, our social structures, and the power of communication. 

 

I am a globetrotter, have lived and worked in 8 countries and love getting to know different people and cultures. In my private life, I love being a mother, partner and friend! You’ll see me with my nose in a book, enjoying the beauty of nature or  laughing out loud with friends.
